ABOUT

• Appearance

  Kiharu wears a long white overcoat which is usually unbuttoned. His outfit is sort of a clusterfuck of stuff. Underneath the overcoat is a vest (crop-top vest too, hooo-ee), and underneath the vest is a button-up blue undershirt. This is also unbuttoned, conveniently leaving his stomach exposed. His pants are white and his legs are pretty damn long. To top it off, Kiharu wears a purple feather boa around his neck with the long end draping behind him. The longer end of the boa is orange.
  
  He occasionally wears the red "warpaint" on his face, as well as the eyeliner. Not always, though. He's cool with naked face too. Kiharu's hair is pretty messy and slightly wavy, and goes a bit past his ears.

• Personality

  Kiharu is generally very carefree and laid back, but when it comes to fighting, he can get wildly eager (more like an overexcited dog off his leash). While he's capable of this aggression, he rarely thinks ahead and acts on vague ideas or quick impulses. Without the company of a more logical partner (or partners), Kiharu's victory in a fight becomes purely based off whether or not he's physically stronger than his opponent. UGG UGG SMASH CLUB. He can act like a pretty big baby if he gets hurt.
  
  He hates being restricted and will usually try to break the rurururules simply for the sake of fun if nothing else. Kiharu is the type of guy who will get bored of sitting idle and end up giving away your position in Call of Duty, ultimately getting your team destroyed jk. He can also be fairly childish at times, teasing any entities weaker than himself.

• Abilities

  He relies on physical strength almost exclusively, and while he can be a force to be reckoned with, truthfully most demons or other supernatural entities could probably whoop his ass. In short, he's a lousy villain. Think Team Rocket with more talent.
  
  Kiharu has an unusual diet and, unfortunately, it's a bit of a struggle for him to maintain his much needed nutrition on the daily. His superiors are usually capable of providing him a Fancy Feast TM if he's completed a mission successfully, but otherwise, Kiharu has to find his own humans to consume. ~*CanniBaL BoY*~. Perhaps for this reason, he can be a real bitch-boy when directly addressing his superiors.
  While humans are his preferred diet, Kiharu can and will eat supernatural entities as well.
